Avenue Q

Using 4 puppets and 3 actors, Avenue Q tells the timeless story of a young graduate who tries to make his way through the world. Settled in New York on Avenue Q (he couldn't afford anything better), we discover Princeton fresh out of college as he struggles to find his purpose: meet friends, find love, lose life. 'love and find it. Taking inspiration from the beloved Sesame Street children's series, Avenue Q creates a puppet-filled world that reflects a little more of the harsh and "R-rated" realities we face when we learn that life isn't. as easy as we thought. Perhaps, at Avenue Q, life is more colorful and more worth living.

Although the musical looks family-friendly, the show deals with daring topics and you can even see puppets having sex on stage. The musical was applauded for the way it deals with topics like racism and sexuality.
