Once on This Island

In the Antilles archipelago, Ti Moune is a fearless peasant girl who falls in love with a wealthy boy, Daniel, on the other side of the island. When their divided cultures separate them, Ti Moune is guided by the mighty island gods, Erzulie, Asaka, Papa Ge and Agwe. She sets out on a remarkable quest to reunite with the man who captured her heart and prove that love is stronger than death.
