Summary of the musical Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat :

Joseph – Jacob's favorite son – has the power to predict the future in his dreams. Sold into slavery by his jealous brothers, Joseph will have to overcome a number of obstacles. Soon, he finds himself a slave of the rich Potiphar. His wife makes advances to Joseph, which lands him behind bars. However, Joseph's gift for interpreting dreams arouses the pharaoh's interest. Soon, Joseph is released from prison and becomes second in command.
Joseph's brothers unconsciously end up at the feet of the brother they betrayed. As they fail to even recognize it, Joseph tests their integrity. He finally reveals himself and the brothers are reconciled.
