Rock of Ages

It's 1987 and the legendary West Hollywood club, the "Bourbon Room", is the sordid and vibrant heart of the Sunset Strip.
Drew works at the Bourbon Room hopes to become a rocker. He falls for the new recruit, Sherrie, who arrives in Hollywood from Kansas in the hope of becoming an actress.

But when the mayor of West Hollywood announces his intention to demolish the Bourbon Hall, the stake is more important. Dennis, the owner, convinces the rock god Stacee Jaxx, and his group Arsenal, to play the group's last show in the Bourbon Room. All this, in the hope that the funds raised will prevent the demolition of the building.

But Stacee sleeps with Sherrie and gets knocked out by her own band before the show ends. Amid violent anti-demolition protests, Sherrie takes refuge at a nearby strip club and Drew falls into the clutches of a boy band. Who can save the Bourbon Room?

Rock of Ages is a great tribute to 80s Rock and Roll and to the spirit of sex, drugs and rock & roll!
