War Paint

War Paint tells the remarkable story of two titans of the cosmetics industry Helena Rubinstein and Elizabeth Arden. They set the standard of beauty for the first half of the 20th century. Both women were masters of self-invention who sacrificed everything to become the country's first great women entrepreneurs. They were also fierce rivals, whose 50-year bitter struggle would spawn an industry that would forever change the face of America. From the Fifth Avenue company to the halls of Congress, their intense rivalry was ruthless, relentless and legendary - prompting the two women to build international empires in a male-dominated world.
