The show is so successful that it has been sold out since July 26 and will offer its last performance on September 30.

A little bit of history

Based on the novel of the same name by Ned Vizzini, the show tells the story of a somewhat anti-social teenager, Jeremy, who discovers a pill, “The Squip”, which makes him more “chill”, cooler and more. which brings him everything he desires the most: a date with Christine, become popular in his school and be invited to the party of the year. But this pill takes him away from his best friend Michael and who he really is.

The musical was composed by Joe Iconis with a libretto by Joe Tracz.
The production includes choreography by Chase Brock, sets by Beowulf Boritt, costumes by Bobby Frederick Tilley II, lights by Tyler Micolea and sets by Ryan Rumery.

The current cast includes Will Roland (best known for his interpretation of Jared in Dear Evan Hansen) in the role of Jeremy, George Salazar reprizes the role of Michael he created in 2015, Stephanie Hsu, Tiffany Mann and many other very talented artists.
The casting for the transfer to Broadway will be announced very soon, we hope!

The musical will open on Broadway on February 13 at the Lyceum Theater on Broadway (which currently hosts The Play That Goes Wrong, known in France as Faux British).
