The Prince of Egypt in London in 2020

The scenic adaptation of the animated film Dreamworks 1998, Prince of Egypt, will be presented in London next year.
The show will be played at the Dominion Theater from February 5 to September 12, 2020 and tickets will go on sale Monday, June 3.

The play is based on the story of Moses in the Old Testament when he discovered his true heritage. He discovers his place in God's plan to free the slave children of Israel and bring them out of Egypt.
The 1998 film starred Val Kilmer as Moses alongside Ralph Fiennes as Ramses.

The show presents 10 new numbers composed by Stephen Schwartz (Wicked). We will find classics such as "Deliver Us" and "When You Believe" (which won the Oscar for Best Original Song).
The musical features music by Stephen Schwartz as well as a libretto by Philip LaZebnik. It will be directed by Scott Schwartz and choreographed by Sean Cheesman.
