On May 9, 2022, the Tony Award nominees were announced online by Joshua Henry and Adrienne Warren. The ceremony, which will take place on June 12, will be hosted by the unique Ariana DeBose!

The Strange Loop leads the 2022 Tony Awards nominations with 11 nominations.
Musical comedy level, we feel that The Strange Loop will reap the rewards. The other favorites will be Six et Paradise Square as well as some rewards for Company et The Music Man.
Theater level The lehman trilogy will be in the lead, followed by POTUS et for colored girls….
The forgotten Funny Girl et Mrs. Doubtfire only get one nomination each. The same goes for Katrina Lenk, headliner of Company who is not nominated this year.
